<\/strong>Kdy\u017e jsem za\u010dal b\u011bhat, nenapadlo m\u011b, \u017ee bych n\u011bkdy ub\u011bhl 10 km. Po roce jsem ub\u011bhl p\u016flmaraton, ten z\u00e1vodn\u00ed pardubick\u00fd, za 2 hod 24 min. Letos na ja\u0159e po dal\u0161\u00edm roce za 1 hod 56 min, to mi ud\u011blalo velkou radost. Jinak je pro m\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed radost, kdy\u017e vid\u00edm lidi, co za\u010dnou b\u011bhat. A nejv\u00edc m\u011b to t\u011b\u0161\u00ed u m\u00e9ho syna a p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u011b.\n<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Vid\u011bl jsem inzer\u00e1t a do 5 minut jsem vyplnil p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ku. Zaujalo m\u011b to, proto\u017ee m\u011b bav\u00ed lidi k b\u011bhu v\u00e9st a motivovat. Pardubick\u00fd okruh m\u00e1m tak\u00e9 kousek od domu v kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m parku u Labe. A okruh 5km je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky.\n<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\n Tv\u00fdm \u00fakolem je organizovat b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9 tr\u00e9ninky a motivovat ostatn\u00ed b\u011b\u017ece. Jak se ti to zat\u00edm da\u0159\u00ed?<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Sna\u017e\u00edm se b\u011bhy organizovat 3 kr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b, \u00fa\u010dast je r\u016fzn\u00e1, ale v\u017edy se n\u011bkdo p\u0159id\u00e1, \u010dasto i za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edci.
